Because of it's mass production capabilities, Roll Forming is the most economical way to produce quality linear shapes. From the simplest angles to highly complex configurations, these shapes can be run in a wide variety of metals, steel, aluminum, copper, etc., and your choice of mill finish or precoated finishes such as; Painted, Buffed, Vinyl laminated or Printed. Virtually any finish available in coil can be Roll Formed. Not only can we form pre-finished metal, but we can also perforate, punch, notch, coil and perform other fabrication requirements in line as we roll form your product.

Universal Molding specializes in LIGHT GAUGE close tolerance production of virtually all metals that are produced in Coil. Thickness can range from .005 to .118 and slit widths up to 14". Capability depends on configuration and kinds of metal.
